I'm not exactly sure what I was expecting when I downloaded Easy Apple Coloring Book, but I guess I was just looking for something to unwind with. I mean, who doesn't love coloring, right? It's like the ultimate chill activity. So, I jumped in and started playing, and at first, it was exactly what I needed - super relaxing and easy to get into. The game is basically just a digital coloring book, with a bunch of different pictures of apples (and some other themes, but mostly apples) that you can color in with your finger or a stylus.

The first thing I noticed was that the game is really geared towards kids. I mean, the pictures are all super simple and cute, and the colors are all really bright and fun. There's not a whole lot of complexity or depth to the game, but I guess that's kind of the point. It's just supposed to be a fun, easy thing to do, and in that sense, it succeeds. The controls are all really intuitive, and it's easy to pick up and start coloring right away. You can choose from a bunch of different colors and even add some fun little stickers and things to your pictures.

But, to be honest, after a while, the game started to get a little boring for me. I mean, there are only so many pictures of apples you can color before you start to feel like you're just doing the same thing over and over again. And the pictures are all so simple that it doesn't really take any skill or creativity to color them in. I found myself just kind of going through the motions after a while, and I didn't really feel like I was accomplishing anything or expressing myself in any meaningful way. I guess that's just the nature of a coloring book, though - it's not supposed to be a super challenging or complex game.

One thing that did kind of annoy me was the ads. I get it, the game is free, so they've got to make money somehow, but it feels like every five minutes, you're getting hit with another ad. And they're not even really relevant ads, most of the time - they're just these annoying little videos or pop-ups that you have to close before you can keep playing. It's not a huge deal, but it's definitely distracting and takes away from the overall experience of the game. I'd be happy to pay a few bucks for an ad-free version, but I'm not sure if that's even an option.

Despite all that, I do think Easy Apple Coloring Book could be a really great game for kids. Like I said, it's super easy to use, and the pictures are all really cute and fun. And it's a great way for kids to express their creativity and relax at the same time. If you're a parent looking for a fun, educational game for your kid, this might be a good option. Just be aware that it's not going to challenge them or anything - it's just a fun, easy thing to do. For adults, though, I'm not sure it's really worth the time. Unless you're just looking for something to do to unwind, in which case, I guess it's not a bad option.

Overall, I'd say Easy Apple Coloring Book is a solid, if not exactly exciting, game. It's fun and easy to play, but it's not going to challenge you or keep you engaged for long periods of time. If you're looking for a relaxing, creative activity, you might enjoy it, but if you're looking for something with a little more depth or complexity, you might want to look elsewhere.
